You find a property that you want to invest in
We aim to source the best property deals so you don’t have to. All of the Piggyback investment properties have been handpicked by our team following extensive research and in accordance with our strict criteria, so you can be confident about the investment opportunities we offer and pick a property that is right for you.
Invest with the crowd
Your investment is completed through our secure platform and your money is safely held by a regulated third party custodian in a client account until the property is fully funded. We accept investments in increments of £1,000, in exchange for which you will receive shares in the property. You can check the performance of your investment portfolio by logging into your Personal Property Portal at any time, day or night.
Share in the returns
We manage your property investment for you, from finding tenants, carrying out inspections, supervising contractors and repairing boilers. Any returns are paid out to you as monthly dividends, based upon the shares you own. The amount you receive is dependent on the property you choose, the amount you invest and the tenancy secured.
Sell your share
Every property has a defined investment period. At the end of this period, the property is sold and you receive your share of the proceeds, including any capital gain from the sale. If you wish to exit before the end of the investment period, we will assist in finding another investor to buy your shares in the property. The sale of shares is contingent on finding a willing buyer at the desired price.
